Technical Business Analyst – London/Home Counties – SCRUM, Agile, CRM, Multi Channel, retail
My client is a leading name in global entertainment and gaming. Due to continued growth and demand for their services they have an urgent need for TWO business/Technical analysts to join their IT/Applications division in West London/Berkshire.
Your role will be to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their technical needs. You will work with the development teams to transform these specifications into software applications – a mixture of web based and traditional applications. As this role involves working closely with the development team a good knowledge of the SDLC and development languages are essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
- An excellent knowledge of retail, gaming or gambling.
- A good understanding of the SDLC.
- Multi-Channel experience.
- A good knowledge of CRM systems and customer data
- Excellent knowledge of gathering requirements from stakeholders and developing technical specifications.
- Excellent client facing/consultative skills – this role involves a lot of client management and interaction.
- AGILE/SCRUM experience.
- Knowledge of the gaming/gambling industry would be a plus.
