Technical/IT Recruiter

We are currently looking to expand our recruiting team and are seeking an experienced technical Recruiter to join our team. 

Job Description:

·        Recruit Healthcare IT Consultants, mainly in the area of:

o   Epic Certified Consultants - certified an proficient in Epic software, including but not limited to the following modules:  EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient, Epic Resolute PB HB, Epic Clarity, Epic Cadence, Epic Prelude/ADT, Epic MyChart, Epic Rx, Epic Bridges. 

§  Speak to candidates about certifications and NVT’s to ensure they are up to date.

§  Speak to candidates about opportunity to obtain certification or additional certifications. 

·        Confer with management to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.

·        Post jobs on relevant search engines to attract qualified candidates. 

·        Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.

·        Initiate contact with potential candidates for specific job openings.

·        Source candidates, review resumes and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.

·        Screen and refer candidates for additional interviews with others in organization.

·        Utilize Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.

·        Ensure database management of all applicants, candidates and leads.

·        Perform reference and background checks on applicants.

·        Candidate Liasion.

·        Coordinate interviews with management and the candidates. 

·        Provide statistical staffing updates and weekly recruiting reports.  

 

 

Skills:

·        5+ years of technical recruiting

o   Healthcare IT Recruiting a plus

o   Consultant Recruiting a plus

·        Good written and oral communications

·        Good organizational skills

·        Flexibility and adaptability

·        Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
