We currently have an opening in our Santa Rosa office for a Help DeskNetwork Support technician with outstanding technical skills
who can also provide excellent customer service.
This position involves Help Desk Network Support for managed service clients via phone, email and remote access.
Travel to and from client sites with use of company car may be required from time to time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• MCP or currently working towards certification.
• Microsoft desktop and server systems: Windows XP/Vista/7, Office/2003/2007, Microsoft Server 2003/2008
• Must have good understanding of network architecture and protocols. Proven network troubleshooting skills required
• Symantec product lines (Backup Exec, Endpoint, Multi-tier)
• Remote access solutions (VPN, Terminal Services, Citrix)
• Troubleshoot network firewalls and configure VPNs
• Cisco experience is a plus
• Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a helpdesk environment
Job Duties include but not limited to the following:
• Answer incoming phone calls to the Help Desk and complete service requests using our ConnectWise software
• Troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software related PC, server and network issues
• Perform routine maintenance on workstations, servers, and network equipment
• Assist in performing network installations and upgrades
