Technician (Electrical, Mechanical or Robotic)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Technician, in our Chaska, MN corporate office. In this role, you will be performing complete machine integration and checkout, ensuring the resolution of mechanical, electrical, and processing problems.
Available shifts:
4 x 10 hour shifts / week, 1st and 2nd shift available, rotating schedule that includes 1 weekend every 5 weeks
* Position is located in the Twin Cities metropolitan area (Minnesota).

Principal Responsibilities:
- Inspects all equipment to ensure that FSI and customer requirements are met
- Uses existing standards to identify non-conformance
- Identifies and implements corrective plans for problems that are moderate in scope
- Refers complex problems to appropriate personnel
- Provides detailed documentation of checkout issues
Qualifications:
- Technical certification, diploma, or associate’s degree plus 1 year experience OR 3 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Electronic or electrical experience preferred
- Direct manufacturing experience and/or semiconductor or related experience preferred
- Thorough knowledge of assembly techniques usually obtained through previous experience in an assembly position
- Strong electro/mechanical troubleshooting abilities
- Demonstrated computer skills
Environmental demands:
- Exposure to lifting up to 20 pounds unassisted
- Exposure to working in awkward positions for extended periods of time
- Exposure to working in an area where power tools are in use
- Ability to gown up and work in a clean-room environment for extended periods of time
- Ability to speak distinctly and see and hear clearly
