Position Requirements:
Primary responsibilities:
• Package and deploy Applications / Operating Systems
• Provide Help Center systems administration (e.g. Hitachi, SDE, Centennial)
• Provide computer (Hardware and Software) support to users
• Answer questions and resolve problems within area of expertise and analyze information from customers to determine the next appropriate action
• Act as 3rd tier resource for troubleshooting issues

Secondary responsibilities
• Provide Tiers 1 and 2 support when necessary, deployment of assets when necessary
• Additional assignments as assigned

Requirements:
• Associates degree or higher; 3+ years of progressive support and system administration experience
• Significant packaging and imaging experience
• 3+ years of Active Directory Support
• Prior experience in large, multi-national firms including the support of Latin America region; fluency in Spanish and Portuguese a plus
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to regulatory requirements (HIPAA, SOX, etc)
• Strong Microsoft Windows (XP, Win7) experience
• Major implementation (200+ PCs) experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as with a team

• Lotus Notes Administration (version 6 or higher)
• IIS Administration
• GPO Configuration
• Altiris imaging and packaging
• Lotus Notes Support (Version 6 or higher)
• Powershell Scripting
• Application/Desktop Virtualization (VMWare, APP-V, Citrix, Symantec Workspace Streaming)
