Job Description

Working within the on line publishing systems team, the Technology Analyst will support the development of content and product delivery through new developments, enhancements or integrations, specified through requirements and functional specifications.

Core responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Requirements Analysis and development of functional specifications
• Development of Technical Design and Specifications (including coding)
• Implementation, QA/acceptance testing, configuration, integration
• Level 3 System Support

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate the following:

• Tertiary Qualifications
• Superior Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in Software Implementation and Development
• Experience in development within the SDLC
• Knowledge of XML, XSL, Python and the .Net framework
• MS SharePoint highly desirable
• Database programming in SQL (including stored procedures)

Candidates that possess experience within Publishing systems, portal or on-line research platforms will be competitively advantaged.

University graduates are also encouraged to apply.
