Working in the Deloitte ECM team you will have the chance to experience delivering a wide range of ECM projects to high profile clients. Through project delivery you will develop your expertise in ECM technology, strategy and advisory services as you lead a workstream or team. This is a transitional role, a stepping stone on the way from delivery to management; you'll be able to put your own creative ideas into practice as you take ownership of deliverables and resources on ECM projects, and hone your commercial skills.

Taking a lead on project work, you will be continually encouraged to devise innovative solutions, to help our clients maximise the benefit and value they achieve through the effective management of content and business records. You will also assume real ownership of projects and key stakeholders at executive levels, as you help them implement their ECM strategy. We are vendor neutral, so we have the maximum capability to provide our clients with objective advice.
You will benefit from accelerating your skills in the sales process, as you develop your capability in managing budgets, forecasting, and contributing to bid and proposal work
The role involves working on the delivery of key transformation projects focusing on:
· The performance of analysis to create the business requirements in relation to an ECM project (both delivery and strategy engagements)
· The design and build of ECM solutions
· Advising clients on their Content and Records Management options and obligations
· Workflow / business process modelling
· Helping clients to shape their Social Media agenda
· Stakeholder management / communications
· Managing and working in teams of Deloitte and client personnel
· Taking responsibility for client deliverables
· Supporting the development of client bids and presentations of proposals
