Technology Associate/VP required for market leading Investment Bank recruitment
The current team is focussed in London but also has a presence in a mainland Europe, the U.S. and Asia they are looking to add to the London team due to high deal volumes. They are seeking a seasoned corporate financier with a good experience in the space to assist in the origination and execution of transactions
The ideal profile should include:
• A Senior Associate or VP position within an investment bank, ideally within a direct competitor.
• Proven track record and a strong sector knowledge of the technology space. Ideally within Semiconductors, Com-Tech, IT Services or Software.
• Proven ability to run a transaction process from origination stage right through to execution
• Experience in running teams of analysts and associates through transaction processes
The ability to integrate quickly and effectively into a small team environment
