As a Business Consultant in the BIICC you will: consult with associates in other business areas, identifying business requirements and translating those requirements into system specifications. You will also act as a subject matter lead on special projects, providing accurate and timely analysis, design, testing and documentation of complex systems tasks.
· Coordinate discussions with Business units to identify solutions to assist data analysis within the company.
· Design, guide and collaborate with the development and implementation of processes which meet the requirements of project owners.
· Assist in identifying enterprise opportunities for the Analytical Consumer Ecosystem (ACE).
· Develop and maintain key relationships with all impacted business areas
· Create and lead initiatives for ACE projects, developing a greater understanding of system and environmental issues in the process
· Review and analyze results, assisting other business areas with issue resolution
· Contribute to final decisions regarding the readiness of production installations

Qualifications
Role Essentials
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications
· Experience working with large datasets in SQL, PL/SQL, or other database environments.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Role Desirables
· Experience with QlikView
· Working knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies
· Traditional auditing and data analysis experience
· Prior experience in insurance operations background
· Technical documentation abilities
