Main Duties
- Preparation of extensive analytics regarding technology costs and headcount
- Understand key variances, opportunities and risks
- Have the ability to analyze complex information and lay it out clearly in PowerPoint
- Maintain and enhance scheduled reports and reporting processes, ensuring that they are automated and accurate
- Work closely with global finance partners in EMEA and APAC
- Uses critical thinking to identify needed escalated issues to the appropriate individuals
- Assist with project organization, documentation, and meeting coordination as needed
Main Duties
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience necessary within the Financial Services industry
- 2+ years MS Excel experience with focus on pivot tables and lookups
Preferred Qualifications
- The ability to understand, collect, document, and then produce reports based on management requirements
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to challenge current processes and develop alternate solutions
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and prioritize
- Team player with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
