Technology Director, Regulatory Reporting Programme Manager recruitment
My client, a leading investment bank, is looking to hire a highly experienced, Director level Programme Manager with good experience of working on global complex programmes and good knowledge of Regulatory Reporting and Basel 3 (or similar).
Within this business critical key role you will be involved in:
- Programme Strategy, Definition, Execution, Risk Management
- Change Management
- Business stakeholder management across a complex organisation
- Leading teams of IT and Business SMEs
To be considered for this role you must have :
- Proven track record of programme delivery within investment banking or bluechip financial consultancies, ideally within Regulatory Reporting
- Experience of managing complex technology programmes
- A consultative and credible approach
- A detailed understanding of how change can impact business and managing through Change
- End to end programme management
- Matrix Management of teams in multiple sites
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
