BUSHLIGHT
Bushlight works with communities of Indigenous people
to plan, install and sustainably manage renewable energy
systems, and to maximise the benefits of reliable energy
services. Over the past ten years we have worked
with over 260 remote communities across Central and
Northern Australia and we have regional teams based in
Alice Springs, Darwin, Derby and Cairris.
Bushlight is a part of the Centre for Appropriate
Technology (CAT), a national Indigenous science and
technology organisation. CAT works with communities
of Indigenous people to secure sustainable livelihoods
through appropriate technology.
