The Allstate Technology Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed to accelerate development of the new breed of leaders that will take us into the future ? leaders from diverse technical backgrounds with broad experience who bring technical capabilities and mindsets to their assignments. Key Responsibilities: Participants will have the opportunity to jump-start their technical leadership career through the following opportunities: Three 1-year targeted and structured rotational assignments. Assignments will align to core business functions and will involve analysis, project management, client-facing work, strategy and innovation experience; Targeted development planning, informed by assessments; Formal learning opportunities, including a dedicated curriculum, as well as action learning challenges, two formal learning conferences, exposure to key technical leaders and the opportunity to build your professional network; Formal technical mentoring relationships; Opportunities to get to know our nonprofit partners and to volunteer
