Job Description:
Scope of Position:
- Provide Project Leadership for new product development
- Lead Technology, Division Engineering, and Manufacturing internal resources in cross functional team
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership of complex projects within group
- Understand the nature of the product team(s) associated
- Establish requirements, assist in evaluation, and verify justification
- Establish roles, responsibilities and competencies required for the project
- Establish project team working with management representatives of CCS Technology, Division Engineering, and Manufacturing
- Manage the performance of team members to meet the project requirements
- Establish project plans and milestones (scopes, schedule, cost estimates, procurement/contracting strategy, project acceptance criteria, etc.)
- Provide periodic project updates to PLM, Technology, Manufacturing, and Commercial management
- Manage the project to meet the requirements
- Conduct a project critique at completion and share key learnings with others associated with the project
- Provide recognition to team members

Able to travel as needed to visit customers or meet internal team members and evaluate products and processes
Hours of work / work schedule / flex-time:
- Basic work hours are dependent on the needs of the project
- Individuals need to work the hours required to complete the assignment
- Job location may be Hickory, NC or Keller, TX

Education and Experience:
- BS in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or similar
- 5+ years in a Product Development position
- MS or MBA preferred
- Professional Engineering registration or PMI certification desired
