Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a Technology Support Analyst in a contract opportunity with a leading company in Plymouth, MN.
In this position candidates will be coordinating the processes and activities that focus on restoring service after an incident occurs. A candidate will monitor environment health and the facilitation of high severity incidents to improve the state of service availabilty and continuity. Our client is a top rated employer in Minnesota and is looking for an energetic individual with strong team interaction skills to join their team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-handling server administration functions
-supporting and decommissioning servers nationwide
-responding to incident and service request tickets from customers
-evaluate new server builds for operational acceptance
-maintain current documentation or create new documentation as required
