Primary Job Responsibilities ? Responsible for the development and delivery of eBay developer internal training. ? Will create and deliver new technical training initiatives and materials, utilizing a variety of methods and leveraging new and existing materials. ? Training delivery primarily in San Jose including remote training for offshore developers and occasional international travel. ? Perform training needs analysis. ? Develop on-line training materials and testing. ? Track training material usage, evaluations, students, certifications, and ROI. ? Develop and deliver training for new hires and experienced developers on the eBay V3 and V4 architecture (Java, JDBC, JavaScript, CSS, Geronimo), Application Security, Service Oriented Architecture, Web Services, Messaging, Instrumentation, Unit Testing and other development related training. ? Handle logistics of training scheduling, communication, registration, and tracking of certification programs. ? Implement Learning Management system and automate tracking of students.
