• Proven experience delivering and leading major management consultancy assignments - an existing core consulting toolkit is essential, as is a clear appreciation of the difference between advisory consulting and technology delivery.
• Experience in at least 2 of the following topics essential: a) Business Technology Transformation and Sourcing, b) CXO Advisory, c) Compliance, d) Value For Money - Post Merger Integration, e) Digital Transformation
• Significant expertise in at least 2 of the following methods essential: a) IS Organisational Effectiveness, b) Business and IT Strategy, c) IT Governance, d) Operating Model Design and Strategic Sourcing, e) IT Performance Management, f) IT Service Management and Delivery, g) Innovation
• Recent experience of consulting in one of the following industry sectors: Financial Services, Utilities (Power/Water), Consumer Products, Retail.
