Position Overview
Accountable for managing one large project within a larger program, or multiple smaller projects with high risk, complexity and business impact.
Responsibilities.
Applies the following duties independently:
1. Manage all aspects of a project, group of related projects, a portion of an Enterprise project or the rollout of large scale technology roadmaps for a program, over the entire life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).
2. Define project scope and objectives, secure appropriate resources across multiple functional areas.
3. Develop schedules to ensure timely completion of project, group of related projects, or a portion of an Enterprise project.
4. Manage project financials and reports on agreed to performance metrics..
5. Demonstrates a high degree of visibility and ensures control of project: dealing with conflicting priorities, issues, risks, dependencies and change.
6. Consistently measures adherence to predefined quality measurements to meet business needs and directions.
7. Communicate project status and details consistently and effectively.
