Tele-Relations Advisor Part Time and Full Time

Our clients main objective is to attract, to train and to develop the very best employees in order to sustain our impressive growth plan for 2013-2015, initially offering a large variety of new positions within their innovative Contact Centre's, which can lead to a multi directional professional career within one of their many business divisions in the coming months.
Our client is recruiting for both full time and part time roles, the shift patterns are outlined below.
Full Time: Monday - Friday 1pm - 9pm Shift Patterns with 1 in 2 rotational Saturdays.
Part Time: Monday - Sunday 6pm-11pm Shift Patterns with a possible 1 in 2 rotational Saturdays or Sundays
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of superior customer service
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to customer enquiries
- Respond efficiently and effectively to customer enquiries whilst meeting KPI's
- Great listening skills; being able to understand customers concerns and needs
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Problem solving
- Building excellent rapport with external and internal customers
- Pro-active and positive approach to difficult situations
- Professional approach to customer complaints and feedback
- Working towards targets and goals at individual and team level
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience within a customer service based role
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
- Basic proficiency of Windows operating systems
- Highly Numerate
- Experience of working towards targets and goals
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment
- Flexible to meet the needs of our clients and teams
