An exceptionally unique position has arisen for a flexi-working telecare call advisor to join an upcoming innovative health care group based in Chippenham. You will demonstrate your fantastic communication skills over the phone, ensuring the caller feels comfortable and at ease. You should have great listening skills and be able to react quickly to the needs of others showing empathy and compassion to reassure customers and their family members, creating a strong rapport. As well as this you must be able to follow processes accurately and quickly to ensure that customers are dealt with in the correct way.
Please note that this role will require you to work within a 24 hour shift pattern to include early mornings, nights weekends. You will be be on zero hours contract so this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys flexible working hours. Furthermore this role requires someone who can drive.
