Telecare Senior Operator

Within this role you will combine a telecare operator with team leadership to deliver a user focused service.

The main duties and responsibilities in this role are:
- receive and answer calls from residents, contractors, staff and managers and prioritising responses.
- assess and identify the nature of the call and building up a rapport with the caller.
- Initiate appropriate action eg calling emergency services etc.
- undertake reviews with team members
- ensure team training is fully updated

For this role you must have the skills, ability and knowledge to coach and monitor operators. Therefore good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

You also must have 18 months minimum of call handling experience and 6 months leadership experience.
