Telecom Analyst
RCM has a client in Tarrytown NY seeking a full time permanent Telecommunication Analyst with hands on experience in call centers, campaign/handler experience, as well as some level of comfort creating sql queries or similar.
NO sponsorship available. Must be eligible to work directly for the employer as a Permanent employee.
Immediate position - interviews being scheduled quickly.
This is a 9-5 position with some flexibility needed at times for earlier/later hours.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1. Monitor and maintain the VoIP telecommunication systems, gateways, circuits, voice mail and underlying phone network architecture.
2. Design and manage telecommunications projects with a goal to enhance and/or expand the current infrastructure.
3. Administer and create dialer campaigns.
4. Analyses of call detail records, finish codes and call flow.
5. Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) project.
6. System administration and health check - Monitor system usage and capacity to identify any potential performance issues.
7. Design and implement queues, route patterns and agent skill set configurations.
8. Build and maintain custom attendants, IVRs and handlers.
9. Administer add, move, and change requests (MAC).
10. Responsible for problem ticket resolution, interacting with and supporting end users.
11. Document and maintain standard operating procedures for troubleshooting and system management.
12. Maintain excellent communication with manager and team members on all tasks and projects.
13. Support of cellular and wireless devices.
