Telecommunication Equipment Technologist/Technician Job in Ottawa, Ontario Canada

Permanent fulltime opportunity with a company downtown Ottawa

 

Duties:

-Installation of Telecommunication hardware, voice and data communication

-network and PC troubleshooting

-managing databases

-create and update technical schematics, diagrams, manuals, documentation and reports

-proofreading of business and technical documents

 

 

Skills:

-Fluent French and functional English

-experience with telecommunication equipment

-voice and data communication experience

-knowledge of network, databases, and the hardware used to host them

-willing to work with others and make on-site technical work

 

Education:

-diploma or pertinent College education in IT or in Data/voice communication

 

Travel:

-Must be able to travel 10% yearly
