In this role, you will be supporting enterprise-wide telecommunications service delivery, problem resolution and project assignments. You will work with others on the application of telecommunications technologies to support business goals. You will develop, recommend, review and implement telecommunications technologies for Western CT Health Network and affiliate sites.
This position as a Telecommunications Specialist requires a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of five years of job-related experience, and 5 years of Avaya and VoIP Telecommunications experience. Candidates should have hands-on experience with the Microsoft Suite Product Line including Server 2003, 2005, and 2008, SQL, Linux, and be familiar with Cisco networking. Candidates also must have a valid driver’s license as well as access to a vehicle to support off-site locations.
