Our client is a leading TMT solutions provider. There is now a requirement for a Telecoms Co-ordinator to join the Fulfilment and Delivery team. This is an office based position located in their Watford office. The primary role of the F D Co-ordinator is to work collectively with the team to effectively manage orders and some 2nd line fault processes. To fulfil all day-to-day administration requirements to include effectively processing all incoming customer enquiries, order/projects and some fault resolution requests, whilst striving to deliver customer service excellence. This is a mixed and varied pivotal position in a busy dynamic department.
They are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and be confident in liaising with internal departments, customers and suppliers. It is essential you have the ability to learn new products and services, excellent customer service skills and can multi-task. Experience in a similar office based role within an IT / Telecoms / Data Company is desirable but not essential. Other desirable skills could be product knowledge of provisioning, WLR3, ISDN, PBX, Telecoms Billing, network services or cabling.
