Telemarketing
A leading financial services organisation is looking to grow a telemarketing team within their Glasgow office. This is a permanent role with a salary between $14000 - £16000 + an excellent bonus package.
Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to customers to secure appointments for the sales staff and ensure all leads are logged accurately. This is a highly target driven environment where you must meet individual targets and contribute to the overall success of your team. You must follow policy and process for logging any complaints to ensure they are investigated and adhere to all compliance and operational processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a telephony business to business sales, outbound experience is preferable. strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence final decisions. You must be an organized individual with capability to adapt quickly to change.
