Telemarketing administrator required

A valued client has approached Hays to recruit for a telemarketing administrator to join their company on a temporary basis for an initial period of four weeks.

The client, based in Orpington, is looking for a member of staff who will work within the sales and marketing department of the company.

Your position within the organisation will include reporting to the marketing manager, whilst supporting the sales and marketing teams through a campaign of generating new enquiries through telemarketing.

The duties of this role will include following up on email marketing shots in a drive to identify any new client and sales opportunities, you will then hand over your findings to the sales team. You will be working toward targets which will be set upon arrival. You will also be making telephone calls to warm clients and customers of the organisation when following up the marketing campaign.

Our client has specified that they are looking for applicants who are committed and eager to work toward targets.

In order for your application to be successful you will be required to have telemarketing experience. Your experience must include cold/warm calling, following up sales and customer service. High quality customer service skills are essential, as is experience in producing weekly KPI reports and documentation. You will also be required to produce daily verbal reports.
You will be placed within a sales team within the office where you will be for the entirety of your placement.

Communication is key in regards to this role, relationship building skills will enable your pursuit of targets and rapport with your fellow colleagues and your clients.

Qualifications required for this role include A*-C level Mathematics and English GCSE
