Telemarketing Representative - EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY
Overall Duties:
As the Telemarketing Exec your will be required to achieve new qualified sales opportunities with booking "seen" appointments/visits each month for the sales team, through cold calling and ad-hoc marketing campaigns.
- Cold calling new prospects, introducing my client's Maintenance offering and IT Managed Services offering
- Achieve 5 Booked appointments per week, 20 Booked a month resulting in 10 Seen a month
- Determine prospect requirements in identifying, qualifying opportunity to evaluate prospect needs and expectations in order to recommend relevant next steps and assignment of external representative
- Conduct research prospecting potential new clients and develop prospect care packs reviews pipeline
- Setup and maintain prospect records within CRM system
Person Skills Experience Requirements
- Demonstrate sales qualification process to identify qualify sales opportunity and needs
- Possess a polished telephone manner and strong interpersonal and communicative skills when interacting at senior executive level
- Have a high standard of accountability and demonstrate level of concern for work input / output
- The successful candidate must be highly motivated, competitive and committed
- A team player with a positive attitude, presenting a professional image at all times
- Organised, good time management skills and ability to multi-task with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
