Telemarketing - job is located in Davenport, Iowa. Make phone calls to current and prospective customers in an agent's office. Lead lists and scripts will be provided by agent. ** JOB DUTIES ** .Make outbound phone calls to lead lists using scripts .If customer/prospect is interested in more information or a quote, transfer the call over to the agent or staff .Make notes regarding phone conversations (ie. left message, not interested, etc.) .Handwrite note (script will be provided) on a postcard if customer/prospect is not available ** SKILLS REQUIREMENTS ** -Previous customer service/telemarketing experience -Excellent verbal and writing skills -Ability to communicate clearly with customer base Job hours are 4pm to 7pm 1 day/week.
