CUSTOMER SERVICES / TELEMARKETING

APPOINTMENT MAKING - CALL CENTRE

£6.10 - £6.50 per hour

We are recruiting on behalf of our client who specialises in telemarketing products for the over 50's market. They require call centre/ telemarketing staff to work in their modern offices based in Solihull.

You will be required to call people who have responded to advertisements or previous advertising campaigns and book appointments for a specialist to visit the caller in their homes. You will also be required to record the details accurately on the database, be patient and have an excellent sense of humour.

The ideal candidates will be excellent team players, have experience in customer service preferably in a telephone environment, be flexible in duties and time as the call centre operates from 9am to 8pm. There are shifts from 9am - 2pm and 2pm - 7pm.

No previous experience is required; however keyboard skills and the ability to engage with customers over the telephone are a minimum requirement. It is also essential that you speak clearly and have excellent communication and listening skills.

The company is based in Solihull and located in modern offices with car parking and accessible by public transport.
