Telephone Account Manager
Our client, an international manufacturing company, have a temporary job vacancy based in their offices in Leeds. Looking to recruit multiple Telephone Account Managers to expand their contact centre, the job role is for a duration of 6 months on a fixed term contract basis
Working in a fast paced and busy environment, you will be responsible for retaining and developing business by increasing sales and distribution of both UK and 3rd Party brands through planned and professional telephone selling whilst ensuring exacting levels of customer service are maintained in line with company requirements
You will require previous experience of telephone sales and customer service, possess excellent communication skills, have strong IT skills and be able to be flexible in line with business requirements.
