Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is currently looking for a number of Telephone Advisors to be based at their offices in Glasgow. The organisation provides a variety of life, pensions and investment products and mortgages. As a Telephone Advisors you will be responsible for inbound calls from Mortgage Brokers and general administration duties.
Working in a contact centre environment, you will be the first point of contact for internal customers calling with queries on the loan or mortgage process. Taking calls from internal customers, you'll handle a huge variety of request and queries, always ensuring the customer receive the best possible advice and experience.
With a basic understanding of mortgages, life, pensions or investment products, you’ll have previous experience in a financial services environment coupled with the ability to develop strong customer relations. If you are enthusiastic, accurate, and confident on the phone and computer literate, we're sure you'll make a welcome addition to our team. You will be required to undertake a credit check for these roles.
