Telephone Business Advisor
Our client, one of the largest financial companies in Europe, is currently recruiting for Telephone business advisors to work in their offices based in Glasgow. You will be the first point of contact for internal customers calling with queries on the loan or mortgage process.
Taking calls from internal customers, you'll handle a huge variety of request and queries, always ensuring the customer receive the best possible advice and experience, when appropriate you will also offer customers products and services which are right for them.
Customer service skills are vital in the role.
For many of our customers, you'll be their first point of contact, so you'll need to have a friendly, helpful personality. If you are enthusiastic, accurate, and confident on the phone and know your way round a computer, we're sure you'll make a welcome addition to our team.
As this role is working with a financial organisation a credit check will be required for the role.
