One of the UK’s most influential banks has an excellent career opportunity for an individual to join their energetic contact centre team in the heart of Birmingham. The vacancy has arisen due the client’s strong market position within the Mortgage market and hence a need for fully CeMAP qualified Telephone Mortgage Advisers. As a Telephone Mortgage Adviser, your responsibilities will include:
Manage a diary of interviews with customers on a daily basis and guiding customers throughout the whole process
Listening to the customer’s individual needs and circumstances and advising them on the most suitable products
Conduct structured mortgage sales interviews over the phone
Simplify complex processes and help the customer’s understand their options
Processing mortgage applications within strict SLA’s ensuring a smooth and efficient process for the customer. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail are required
Proactively follow up leads and referrals to develop new business
Be motivated to hit sales targets whilst delivering first class customer service to customers
Essential Skills
MUST be CeMAP qualified and ideally working within a targeted Mortgage Sales role
Able to work Shift Patterns between 8am-8pm on a rota basis
Proactive personality with a track record of success within a mortgage sales environment
Excels in customer service and wants to make a difference to customers’ lives
