This is an outstanding opportunity for a Telephone Sales Representative with 1+ years of sales experience (retail sales experience acceptable) to up-sell existing customers on the full range services offered by this leading telecommunications company.

You will be part of a transactional sales team with daily and monthly quotas to meet all within a challenging, fun, and dynamic environment.  The Telephone Sales Representative will make B2B calls and receive three weeks of formal training.  Success in this role can quickly open the doors to an exceptional and advanced career path!

About this position...

In this fast paced and challenging position you will be responsible for:

·         Using the provided database to call existing customers for the purpose of developing a buying relationship and selling products and services.  

·         Processing sales request that meet the requirements set by the company

·         Job performance will be measured through a variety of related sales metrics.  The quality and method of work must be completed in accordance with the company's core values.

·         Increasing revenue within their assigned role.

·         Other related duties as assigned.

·         High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is required.

·         Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal and presentation skills.

·         Superior listening skills.

·         Excellent customer service skills.

·         Self starter with ability to meet deadlines in a high stress environment.

·         Strong decision making abilities

·         Detail and follow up oriented.

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related products.

·         Familiarity with basic use of voice mail and electronic mail systems preferred.

·         Minimum 1 year sales experience required. Retail sales experience acceptable.

·         Advertising sales preferred.

·         Proven sales track record.

·         Ability to meet sales quotas and revenue targets.
