A world leading global organisation requires and experienced Telephony Manager to lead and develop a technical team, monitor/improve technical performance and perform problem management duties.
The ideal candidate will still have a strong technical understanding as may need to be hands-on from time to time.
A technical background in PABX, Mitel, Nortel, Ericsson and more recently in Cisco, VOIP etc would be a great advantage.
This position will require worldwide travel to the Philippines, Manila!
