Telephony Mortgage Advisors
Leading UK Bank are looking for a number of Telephony Mortgage Advisors to be based in their call centre in Belfast, they will support you to achieve the professional qualification CeMAP. During your first 6 weeks, you’ll be dedicated to achieving this recognised qualification, and will have our full support and funding to succeed.
The role will then involve, finding the right mortgage and insurance product for them and giving them the great service they deserve.
You’ll receive calls from a wide range of people across the UK, forging instant relationships and building rapport. Exploring and understanding their unique needs will help you to recommend the right products and service to help the customer achieve their goals.
You will be required to work flexible working between 8am and 7pm (Mon-Fri),
working 3 out of 4 Saturday's 9am-4pm.
No Sunday working
Max of 5 working days per week
Minimum of 30 working hours per week and a maximum of 40 working hours per week
Min daily shift span 6 hours, maximum 10 hours
8 weeks notice given confirming shifts
Permanent role - Salary £21k - £25 + OTE bonus
