Telephony Project Manager

The primary purpose of this role will be to identify, quantify, plan, control and implement a number of transformation projects/workstreams from inception through to solution design and all key related activity across the SkyBranch Transformation strategy. Reporting to the SkyBranch Transformation Lead in delivering the Operationalisation of the SkyBranch Strategy and the Telephony Transform umbrella initiatives through an aggressive medium to long term transformation change agenda taking Telephony to SkyBranch.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Telephony systems, Contact Centres and be used to large change environments. Would suit someone with some experience within Wealth Management and is definitely business focussed rather than IT focussed.

Please note there is no flexibility in rate or location and this role will be based 5 days a week in Sunderland with the rest of the Telephony team.

The business are recruiting for these roles permanently too so the contract is only initially for 3 months. Beyond that, the contract depends on successful recruitment of permanent members of staff. If you are interested in the role as a permanent opportunity, then this could be facilitated after a successful initial contract.
