Telephony Representative
Telephony representative jobs in Wythenshawe for major telecommunications company paying £6.83 per hour plus holiday pay.
Temporary role till October with potential extension for high performing individuals.
You will need to work rotational shifts between 8 and 8, including 1 Saturday every 3 weeks.
This is a phone-based role to ensure telephony work orders and faults are managed and completed accurately within agreed time scales and orders are listed on the database.
Duties
· Transferring numbers
· Reporting faults
· Managing 999 operations and updates
· Importing and exporting of residential numbers
· Outbound calls
· Inbound calls from field and diagnosing faults before the technicians are in the field
· Accurately processing orders and faults in a timely manner
· Entering details accurately on to the database
· Advising of problems and identifying issues
· Meeting and adhering to regulations
· Meet targets and work with the team to meet objectives
· To resolve all customer-affecting issues to the customer’s satisfaction, working closely with other departments and 3rd Parties in the interests of the customer
Skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Telephony experience is a benefit
· Customer service experience
· Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
· Team player
· Computer literacy-strong data entry skills
· Positive and hard working
