ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Telesales Account Representative will actively pursue revenue objectives generated from selling TelePacific services to their defined user base of small/medium size businesses.
- The Telesales Account Representative will maintain high levels of professionalism as representatives of TelePacific to the business community during all phases of customer contact from pre-sales activity to post-sales account management.
- The Telesales Account Representative will prospect for new business and sales opportunities through cold and warm lead generation.
- The Telesales Account Representative will participate in sales and technology training.
- The Telesales Account Representative will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales objectives.
- The Telesales Account Representative will provide customers with the highest standard of customer service through the sales cycle
- Accurate forecasting and planning to meet expected results
- The Telesales Account Representative will contract first deal within 30 days.

Experience and Skills:
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and or Experience:
- 2-4 Years Sales Experience. 2-3 years telecom (Fixed Wireless / WiMax) preferred
- A consistent track record of success
- Tele sales history; Good lead generation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Results oriented
- Self motivated
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong aptitude for learning networking technologies
- High energy, enthusiasm and motivation
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Excellent oral, written, time management and presentation skills.
- Ability to persuade or influence individuals using oral communication skills.
- Must be capable of balancing between fulfilling customers needs and meeting company expectations and goals.
- Telecommunications Sales
- Knowledge of computer (Desktop or Laptop), word processing systems and CRM Systems.
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED
- Personal computer, database and spreadsheet programs, office programs (Word, Excel), calculator, telephone, copy and fax machine.
