Telesales Account Handler Job in Ipswich, Anglia UK
My client who is a successful Electrical Distribution company is seeking a motivated out bound telesales representative, who is a great team player with a bubbly personality.
Customer service skills essential but sales experience is also necessary as you will have targets to hit which will involve you cold calling existing clients. The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner but will also have the forward thinking mentality and the confidence to communicate with new clients and customers. You will have basic computer knowledge but most importantly you must have a good sense of humour and a "can do" attitude as you will be working within a small but proactive team.
Key Duties Responsibilities:
· Setting up Diary calls with existing customers that are not visited by a Field Sales representative and building and developing a relationship to maximise and increase the sales of the account.
· handling large accounts with a high level of service.
· Make contact with all non-spending accounts to find out why they are not spending and act upon these findings. Offer the customer incentives to order.
· Cover any Field Sales Representatives holiday to ensure consistency in service and sales.
· Promote and advise on all current offers.
· Negotiate and quote on bulk deals
