Responsibilities :
New Business Development
- Proactively seek out and opportunities and sell via the phone.
- Assist in and implement follow up strategy through
Ø Marketing campaigns
Ø Conferences
Ø Bespoke SEI Initiatives
Client Retention:
- Provide relationship management for the client on a day to day basis and act as the main contact point for all operational/performance/marketing-based enquiries.
- Distribute in agreed format and timescales, accurate investment communications to clients customising where appropriate for a particular business channel.
- Train and educate clients to ensure they understand SEI’s solutions and product offerings:
Ø How the program works and the benefits to the intermediary and end client.
Ø The operational infrastructure which processes the investment solution.
Ø Positioning documents and marketing material.
- Keep open communication with the client and forge and maintain strong working relationships to maximise client retention.
Targets
- Consistently work towards and achieve team and individual targets that are set. These can be fiscal as well as competency based.
Management
- Preferably have previous successful management experience
- Help support and develop junior sales executives
Best Practice/Other:
- Keep Current – (market conditions, regulation, SEI products and services, etc) and maintain ongoing and effective communication of these with clients where appropriate.
- Research the competition which rivals the SEI outsourced investment solution to be used both internally and externally.
- Adhere to all relevant FSA requirements and compliance.
- Maintenance and updating of internal systems/ data reference points in agreed format to ensure consistency and communication of relevant information within the team and ensure integrity of data.
Any other ad-hoc projects as required.
