Permanent Tele-sales Account Manager
Birmingham
£13,500 per annum 

My client is currently recruiting for a permanent Tele-sales Account Manager to manage the daily requirements of an Independent Retail account base of between 50 - 150 customers. The company specialise in Publishing and Software Development located within Birmingham. 
They are looking for a strong salesperson, who can confidently take accountability for sales as a department of up to £100m. The individual will be responsible for the development of products into the market place and also maintain existing brands though life cycle management.

Sales will be focused around new release titles and ensuring that the full range of back catalogue products has been given sufficient focus. Excellent customer service skills is an essential requirement of this role as strengthening and maintaining client relationships is a key focus, by ensuring that market knowledge and following up creditable leads to gain new business. 

Position Duties: Daily duties will include, but are not limited to:

· To ensure that all clients are contacted regularly with forthcoming new release products ensure pre-sales have been discussed and secure any opportunities
· To maximise on each sales opportunity, using USP’s and added value, to deal with and overcome objections. 
· To build the brand of the represented publisher within the Independent market place and to seek to maximise brand awareness.
· To achieve all targets and goals set by the Telesales Manager on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
· Meet the required KPI’s established and exceed on expectations
· To guarantee that the publisher will receive breadth and depth of penetration on any selected forthcoming title  thus being able to generate a high level of calls during the working day.

- Must be able to think outside of the box in order to deliver solutions to challenges within the market.
- Sales experience is desirable
