Telesales Executive

This is an exciting career for a B2C Telesales Advisor to work for a dynamic and well established Call Centre.  We are seeking outgoing professional individuals who have a passion for selling a great service/product and are keen to develop as a proficient sales executive. You must be customer focused, a self starter, highly motivated with a hunger for success, and target driven with a proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

 

The role is telephone based seeking out new business opportunities, generating sales, seeking referrals and providing exceptional customer service. Excellent communication and sales skills are essential.

SALARY BENEFITS: 

·         You will be rewarded with a very realistic target and an excellent uncapped commission scheme – OTE £30,000+ p.a.

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:

·         Experience in a direct sales, outbound telesales or B2B sales role is essential

·         Must be experienced and capable of generating sales through B2B leads

·         Experience in the leisure industry with a knowledge of swimming is a huge advantage

·         Must be dynamic and hungry for success with excellent negotiation and closing skills

·         Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

·         Good time management and workload prioritization

·         Excellent communication and people skills at all levels

·         Good planning and organizational skills

·         Ability to work under pressure

·         Problem solver and analytical skills

·         Sound knowledge of database (training will be provided) with ability to facilitate and participate in communication to all departments, prioritise and manage workload and navigate across the database system

·         Gain a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Identifying new business opportunities through proactive outbound calls

·         Achieving 60+ outbound calls daily to hit targets

·         Working effectively to set KPI's

·         Creating and managing sales pipelines from initial call to close

·         Using effective questioning and fact finding skills to identify the best swimming course - selling services to full potential to customers

·         Working through hot leads via information ascertained for potential customers boosting new business

·         Contributing to team success - daily targets

·         You will have to be a hungry and tenacious for new business

·         Working through emails and general enquires with an excellent standard of customer service

·         Work with other departments and liaise with managers as directed to identify and resolve customer service issues within the business

·         Ability to highlight and communicate any issues within the sales team

·         Effective communicator at all levels
