Telesales Executive

A local business has approached Hays Office Support seeking a Telesales Executive to join their already well established and expanding telecommunications business. This is a fantastic business in the process of expanding, offering a highly competitive salary and attractive working environment.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will be given ongoing training and the chance to develop your skills, as well as earn a high level of commission. Duties will include making business to business calls advising on a service which the business provides, ultimately with the aim of making an appointment for sales reps. In this role, you will be handling incoming and making outbound calls, as well as undertaking an element of account management. Should you be successful in this role, there is progression available with the potential to develop the role into a purely account managing role where you will be responsible for a set customer base within a specific industry.

The successful candidate will be in an open plan office, interacting with other team members on a daily basis working to targets. As this is a target driven environment, regular incentives are implemented, as well as a strong uncapped commission structure being offered. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales orientated candidate who has strong communication and relationship building skills.

In order to be successful in applying for this role, you must have the desire to work within a sales environment as well as possess a proactive approach. Experience within a telesales/sales role is ideal, however not essential. Hays Office Support are particularly interested in speaking with professionals from a telesales, sales or recruitment background.
