Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our newly established team in Malaysia.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to grow WUBS revenues by acquiring new business and further developing specific customers from the commercial market sector in Malaysia. Identify growth opportunities over the phone and execute an on-going sales plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and navigate multiple sales opportunities
- Proven ability to sell successfully to clients by phone
- Manage and progress a large sales pipeline
- Identify growth opportunities
- Utilise sales data to drive behavior between business development and customer retention activities
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications with at least 3 years’ experience in telesales within the financial services marketplace and / or business-to-business segment. Strong skills in identifying, hunting and closing new business across a number of corporate sectors is a must as is a proven track record of being a consistent high achiever, hitting and exceeding sales targets.
