Telesales Executive recruitment
A leading global provider of critical information to decision makers in the financial, legal, tax and accounting, scientific, healthcare, and media markets, powered by the world's most trusted news organisation is selling a Telesales Executive.
The primary purpose of the role is to meet and exceed sales targets selling print and online products to an assigned territory of existing and new customers in the Small Medium Law Firm market
The role primarily requires a high level outbound telephone contact with firms within the territory, building and maintaining relationships with key contacts and developing new relationships with new contacts. The role requires the continual promoting and selling of legal print subscriptions, commentary, books, law reports and law journals to the firms within the territory. The role also requires the targeted promoting and selling of online products and solutions to firms within the territory, focusing on firms who do not presently use our online products.
The achievement of the above will be through achieving a high rate of daily outbound calls. The role also requires a secondary focus of providing a consistent and high level of customer and after sale service to the firms within the allocated territory. Ensuring that customer queries are dealt with both timely and accurately, that training and the adoption of the use of online products is taken up by all users within a firm. The account manager is required to facilitate the above calling on other resources in the achievement of the required level of customer satisfaction and after sales service.
The role also requires very strong account management, territory planning, time management, pipeline management and detailed reporting of activities is expected on a weekly and monthly basis
Mandatory Experience:
*Experience in a telesales role preferred (or exceptional online customer support services record with demonstrated experience in making outbound calls)
*The ability to be proactive and make outbound calls is essential
*Proficiency in Online services, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Desirable Experience:
*Knowledge of the legal industry preferred
*Legal background or training highly regarded
