An exciting opportunity has arisen for an established B2B Telesales Executive to join this successful market leading organisation ranked as one of Britains’ Top Employers in a new and exciting permanent opportunity within their large contact centre in North Leeds.

The Role:
The Telesales Executive will report directly into B2B Sales Team Leader and will be responsible for managing their own workload within a B2B sales environment. Working within a small yet close knit team you will be responsible for:
• Making quality outbound sales calls to prospective SME business clients.
• Analysing and identifying sales opportunities and business needs for dual power (gas and electricity) within SME organisations.
• Working within a KPI and target driven sales environment you will be working to meet and exceed your own targets supported by your Team Manager.
• Responsible for developing and growing your own desk you will be required to work within strict industry and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Following up leads and internally generated opportunities.
• Working as part of a team in a competitive yet friendly team focused environment you will be managed and mentored with a view to developing and progressing within the company.

Requirements for this role:
• Self-motivated, target driven team player with a resilient nature and confident approach.
• Dynamic, professional and with a good business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal skills along with good levels of oral and written communication skills.
• First class relationship management and development skills.
• Proven background within an outbound B2B sales environment, ideally within a contact centre.
• Ideally a background within utilities or the energy / power industry would be advantageous however this is not essential.
• PC and IT literate with the ability to learn new skills and pick up new systems quickly.
• Proven listening and negotiation skills.
