Telesales Manager / Team Leader
This is an exciting job opportunity to be a Telesales Manager / Team Leader as part of a multinational company located in Luton. My client is looking for experienced outbound Telesales Manager or Team Leader to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
As part of this job opportunity, you will be managing a team of 4-8 outbound telesales agents. You will be expected to handle key accounts, monitor staff targets and KPIs, training and staff appraisals. The job will involve working in a busy environment, managing staff, customer service, liaising with external customers, sales administration and managing promotional activity.
For this job you must have had experience within business to business telesales and have recent team leader/ supervisor/ managerial experience. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the ideal candidate will be hardworking, driven, confident and be able to think in an innovative and dynamic way. You will need to be highly organised and have an enthusiastic manner.
