Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Telesales Manager to work closely with our Leadership team to oversee the establishment of Western Union Business Solutions in Malaysia.

The Telesales Manager will be responsible for mentoring and managing the local telesales team to generate leads and sign up new businesses over the phone in the Micro and SME sectors in Malaysia.

A key focus in this role will be to work with APAC Management to set the strategy for the growth of our business in Malaysia including setting budgets and direct responsibility for the performance of the business.

 

Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications with 3 – 5 years telesales/sales management experience and at least 5 years experience in selling products or services within B2B.  Previous strategic telesales experience is a must as well as experience in building a corporate sales team, field force sales management and working in a start-up business.
